Well, it's the President's Day Weekend...
I didn't accomplish much, just paperwork and a little organization in the office.
I spent the rest of the day searching for pandesal (filipino dinner rolls).
My cousin, Belle (beauty), was successful in finding one and actually baking them. They looked good and according to her were a success. I'm on a mission of baking my own this weekend or next...We'll see...
